Pricing
Priced the way your business actually works.
Lead businesses pay for leads. Transaction businesses pay for campaigns run properly. Build work is priced once. No bundles, no rates pulled from a menu — every number is quoted for your market, on a call, and put in writing before anything starts.
The credits aren’t a favor. They’re the definition of a lead, applied.
You pay for the leads you got — and only those. The rate is quoted for your market.
Three ways to work with us.
Which one is yours follows from how your customers buy, so it is settled before the conversation even starts: does a person close the inquiry, or does the customer buy on their own? The two models compared, honestly.
A person closes itPay per lead
We build the campaign, write the ads, carry the ad spend and deliver real people who asked to hear from you. You pay for the leads — not the advertising it took to find them.
- No ad budget, no management fee, no retainer
- You define what qualifies before anything launches
- Three tiers: lead, booked appointment, or live transfer
The customer buys on their ownManaged advertising
Campaigns built for how your customers actually decide — capture the ones searching, create demand in the ones who aren’t, bring back the ones who left. A monthly management fee plus your ad budget.
- We run the machine — accounts, pixel, creative, testing
- You own the customers and the results, exportable
- Measured in orders and covers, not impressions
You need something builtProject work
Websites, funnels, e‑commerce, automation builds, email systems, custom software. Quoted per scope, delivered on a timeline, yours when it’s done.
- One written scope, one price, one finish line
- Ownership transfers to you on completion
- Runs alongside either model — or on its own
Most clients start with one and add the others as they grow. There’s no bundle you have to buy to get started. See how the models land in your industry.
Pay-per-lead has three tiers.
Qualified leads are the baseline. The tiers differ in how far we take each one before it reaches you — and what you pay for is always the result, not the effort.
Tier 01Pay Per Lead
The qualified inquiry, delivered raw and instant. Your team works it — or the nurture add-on works it for you.
- You pay per qualified lead delivered
- Junk isn’t billed — scored and verified first
- Lowest cost of entry
Tier 02Pay Per Appointment
We work every lead until it’s a confirmed appointment on your calendar. You pay for booked meetings, not raw inquiries.
- You pay per appointment that books
- Confirmed and reminded — no-shows cut down
- Higher intent, less of your day spent chasing
Tier 03Pay Per Live Transfer
A qualified, interested prospect on the line, handed to your team in real time. You pay when the handoff happens.
- You pay per completed transfer
- Prospect is live before we connect them
- Highest intent there is
More Zolley involvement → higher prospect intent → higher price per result

No surprises. Here’s exactly what you’re paying for.
Most lead sellers stay vague about what counts, because vagueness protects their margin. We’d rather be precise — it’s the same definition that goes into your agreement.
You pay for a lead when
- It’s a real person who contacted you through a campaign we ran
- They match the criteria we agreed before launch — service, area, timing
- They gave valid, reachable contact details
- They consented to be contacted
- It reached you — delivery is the billing point, and the conversation from there is yours to win
✕You never pay for
- Duplicates of a lead you already received
- Invalid or unreachable contact details
- Spam and bot submissions
- Anyone outside your service area
- Anyone asking for a service you don’t offer
- Someone who’s already your customer
Think a lead shouldn’t count? Submit it within the window in your agreement and we’ll credit or replace it. The categories are agreed before launch, so it’s a check against a list rather than a negotiation. The window, and whether your leads are exclusive to you, are set for your market and written into your agreement.
What’s included
Everything that makes a lead show up.
On pay-per-lead, the price of a lead is the whole price. The advertising, the pages, the tracking, the follow-up automation and the compliance records are all inside it — there’s no second invoice for the machine.
- Ad spend, ad creative and copy — carried by us
- Landing pages, funnels, lead capture and routing
- Delivery straight into your CRM — or ours, if you don’t have one — with instant text and email alerts
- Consent capture, compliance records, follow-up automation and reporting
What drives the price
We quote per market, not from a menu.
A lead for an electrician in a major metro and one for an optometrist in a small town aren’t the same product, and pricing them as if they were would be guesswork. So there’s no rate card on this page — there’s a fifteen-minute call that ends with your real number.
- On the call: a real per-result price for your market, the volume we think we can deliver, and how soon the first leads arrive
- Commitment, term and any setup cost — all three in writing before you decide anything
- If we don’t think the economics work for you, we say that instead of selling you anyway
- Say yes and the agreement carries the same numbers; campaigns are built and the first leads land while you keep running the business
- Every number in the quote is the number in the agreement — how we hold ourselves to that, and what it produced for named clients
Everything else, and how it’s priced.
The rest of what we do follows the same rule: quoted on your scope, in writing, no menu.
Already working with us on leads or advertising? These get bundled — ask on your call.
“It’s nice to see people walking in and asking for the promotions that are being advertised. It gives us feedback on our marketing.”
Straight answers.
The questions every prospect asks about pricing — answered, not deflected.
Why aren’t the prices on this page?
Because a real price depends on your market, your industry and the tier — and a number that ignores those is a guess dressed up as a rate card. You’ll get your actual per-result price on a fifteen-minute call, and it’s the same number that goes into the agreement.
What if a lead is bad?
Submit it for credit within the window in your agreement and we’ll credit or replace it. Duplicates, wrong area, wrong service, disconnected or invalid contact details, spam and existing customers aren’t leads — if one slips through, submit it. The categories are agreed before launch, so it’s a check against a list rather than a negotiation.
Are the leads exclusive to me?
Whether your leads are exclusive or shared — and if shared, with how many — is set for your market and written into your agreement before launch. We’ll tell you exactly which on the call. It’s never left for you to assume.
Is there a contract, minimum or setup fee?
All three are stated on the call and put in writing before you decide anything — you’ll never find out at signing. We’d rather you know the terms and walk away than sign without knowing them. And if you want to know what actually happens after you sign, the first 30 days are laid out here.
How fast will leads start coming in?
Paid campaigns can produce leads within weeks; the exact timing depends on your market and the tier, and we’ll give you a realistic estimate on the call rather than an optimistic one. Work like SEO and reviews builds over months, and we’ll say so.
Do I own the leads and my data?
Yes — always. Every lead, contact record and campaign result is yours, exportable in formats other systems read. That’s written into the agreement, not just this page.
Do you work with the CRM I already have?
Yes — leads route straight into it. If you don’t have one, you get a login to ours; there’s no separate charge for the delivery mechanism.
Can I change tiers or models later?
Tiers, yes — plenty of clients start on Pay Per Lead and move up once they see the volume. The model itself follows your business type, so if the business changes, the model changes with it.
Which businesses does pay-per-lead fit?
Any business where a person closes the inquiry — contractors, home services, clinics, firms, and appointment-booking businesses like salons, med spas and gyms. If your customers buy on their own, you’re a managed-advertising business instead. Some regulated fields carry extra lead-handling rules; we confirm those on the call before quoting.
Let’s find out what a lead is worth in your market.
Fifteen minutes. We’ll look at your market, tell you which model fits, and give you a real number. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you that too.
