Websites
Built to get you customers, not compliments.
Anyone can make a website look good. The job is making it convert — loading fast, saying the right thing in the first five seconds, and feeding every lead into follow-up before they call the next business on the list.
Recently built for a credit-and-capital advisory, a reverse-mortgage brokerage, a coffee roaster and a breath-coaching practice — see the case studies.

Built to convert
Looks are the entry fee. Conversion is the job.
Pretty and useless is the default state of local business websites. Every design decision here serves one thing: a visitor becoming a lead before they open the next tab.
- 1Says what you do, and where, in the first five words — before anyone scrolls
- 2Proof where the doubt happens — reviews next to the ask, not on a page nobody visits
- 3One clear action per page — call, book or quote. Not a menu of maybes
- 4A form that takes twenty seconds — every extra field costs you leads
We write the words too. Design and copy are one job — a beautiful page saying the wrong thing still loses.
Built on what the job needs, not what we like selling.
Three ways we build, and an honest read on which one fits. The platform doesn’t change the standard — fast, accessible, wired in.
Custom build
Hand-coded pages with no page-builder bloat — the fastest option, built exactly to spec and tuned for conversion.
Online store
When you’re selling products — catalog, checkout, subscriptions and payments, running on the Zolley Platform beside your CRM.
On the Zolley Platform
Your site living where your CRM lives — pages, forms, follow-up and reporting behind one login. While we manage it, we host the site and the domain’s DNS too, so nothing is left pointing at the wrong place.
Already have a site somewhere else? We rebuild it on our own technology — your content moves over, and a full redirect map protects the rankings you’ve earned.
Brand and creative, made where the site is made.
A website is only as convincing as everything around it. We make the identity, the ad creative and the video in-house, so what a customer sees comes from one hand and one standard — not three vendors in three styles.
Logo and identity
A logo, a color system, typefaces and a written guide, delivered in every format you will be asked for — web, print, social and signage.
Best for a new business, or one that has outgrown its first logo.
Ad and social creative
Display, social and search creative designed to be tested against each other, built from the same identity so the click lands on a page that looks like the ad.
Best alongside managed advertising.
Video editing
Raw footage cut into promotional clips and social reels, trimmed to the length each platform rewards and finished to match the brand.
Best when you already shoot footage and need it to work harder.
Wired in from day one
A website that doesn’t feed your CRM is a brochure.
Most sites collect a form and email it to an inbox where it waits until Monday. Ours are wired into the follow-up system the day they launch — so a lead gets an answer in seconds, not whenever someone checks.
- Every submission becomes a CRM record — tagged, assigned, answered automatically
- Consent and submission details stamped server-side, where they can’t be faked
- First-touch attribution — you see which campaign produced which customer
- Booked calls land on your real calendar, with reminders that send themselves
This is the part most web designers can’t build — it’s backend work. We’re a software company underneath, which is why it’s standard here, not an add-on. See the development work →
Every build ships loaded.
The conversion machine most agencies charge extra for is standard here. It’s the difference between a website and a sales tool.
Each of these is scoped in when your site needs it — never padded into a quote to look generous.
The basics, done properly.
None of this is glamorous. All of it decides whether the site actually performs — and most of it is invisible until it’s missing.

Built for regulated work.
Mortgage, legal, insurance, medical, contracting — the industries where getting the details wrong is expensive. Consent capture, disclosure language, licensing display and accessibility are part of how we build, not something bolted on after.
How a website build runs.
No open-ended retainers. You get a scope, a number and a date — and the site itself at the end.

Straight answers.
What people ask before commissioning a website.
What does a website cost?
It depends on scope — a five-page lead-gen site and a forty-product storefront are different jobs. We quote after a short call rather than guessing, and the quote is fixed. Here’s how our pricing works.
How long does it take?
You get a delivery date with the quote, not an estimate that moves. Most lead-gen sites are measured in weeks, not months.
Do I own the site?
Yes. The site and its content are yours on completion and final payment, and the domain is in your name from day one — written into the scope before we start, so there’s nothing to negotiate at the end.
Can you work with my current site?
We’ll tell you honestly whether it’s worth keeping, improving or replacing — and we’ll say “keep it” when that’s the right answer. If we rebuild, your content moves over and a redirect map protects your rankings.
Do you handle hosting and the domain?
Yes. While we manage the site, we host it on our platform and look after the domain’s DNS — so email records, SSL and tracking are set up once, properly. Hosting with us doesn’t change who owns the site — see the answer above.
Who writes the words?
We do — you approve everything. Copy is part of the build, not something we hand you a blank template for. You know your business; we know what makes a visitor act.
What happens after launch?
Your call. Some clients take the site and run it, some keep us on for changes, content and campaigns. Both are normal, and neither is a condition of the build.
Can you move my existing website?
Yes, whatever it is built on. We rebuild it on our own technology rather than patch it — your content and images move over, every old URL gets a redirect so the rankings you’ve earned survive the switch, and the new site is wired into follow-up on the day it goes live. If the current site is genuinely worth keeping, we’ll say so.
The rest of the machine.
Every part below runs on the same system — the same CRM, the same reporting, the same people who answer the phone. Most businesses start with one and add the next once it has earned its place.
Not sure what order to do them in? See how the parts fit together, or ask on a call.
Your website should be your best salesperson.
If it isn’t, tell us what it’s doing instead. We’ll look at it and tell you what we’d fix first — in order, with reasons.
