Support
Something’s off? Tell us. A ticket, a person, a real answer.
For clients: describe what’s wrong, attach a screenshot if it helps, and you get a ticket number on the spot. A person picks it up — not a queue that emails you a knowledge-base link. Urgent and something’s down? Say so; those go first.
A number you can quote, a person you can name, and a fix at the source — not a workaround.
Because we run the machine, most fixes happen where the problem is — not in another vendor’s queue.
What happens next.
Four steps. You’ll know where your ticket is at each one.
You get a number
Instantly, on this page and by email. Quote it in any reply and everyone’s looking at the same thing.
A person picks it up
Someone who can actually change things — the same people who built and run your setup. Urgent, something-is-down tickets jump the line.
We fix it at the source
Because the platform, the site and the automation are ours to run, most fixes happen where the problem lives, not with a workaround.
You confirm it’s right
We tell you what we changed and why. The ticket closes when you say it’s working — not when we say it is.
Open a ticket
Tell us what’s wrong. We’ll take it from there.
The more specific, the faster the fix — what you expected, what happened instead, and a screenshot if there is one. Then who you are, so we find your account and know where to send the answer.
- You get a ticket number on this page the moment you submit
- Attach a screenshot, PDF or export — up to 10 MB
- Replies come from a person, by email — texts only if you ask for them
- Your details stay with us — never sold or shared
Reply to the confirmation email with your ticket number and anything you want to add — screenshots included. It lands on the same ticket, with the same person. No need to start a new one.
Lost the email? Message us from your login with the number, or call (888) 503-3750.
Prefer email? Send it to [email protected] with a line on what’s wrong — a person opens the ticket for you and sends you the number.

We’ve got it.
A person will pick this up and reply to your inbox. Quote the ticket number in any reply and we’re all looking at the same thing.

About support. For everything else, the full FAQ covers pricing, ownership and how the work runs.
How fast will someone respond?
Tickets are read by a person during business hours, weekdays 9–5 Eastern, and urgent ones — something is down, leads aren’t arriving, the site is broken — go first. Mark it Urgent if that’s the case, or call. For everything else, expect a reply within 72 hours — weekends and holidays aside — and usually a lot sooner.
What counts as urgent?
Something that’s costing you customers right now: the site is down, forms or the phone line aren’t working, a campaign is misfiring, leads have stopped arriving. “I’d like to change the wording on a page” is real work we’ll gladly do — it just isn’t urgent, and saying so honestly keeps the fast lane fast for the tickets that need it.
Can I add more detail after I submit?
Yes — reply to the confirmation email with the ticket number and anything you’d like to add, screenshots included. It lands on the same ticket.
What if the fix needs a change to what we agreed?
Then we’ll say so before doing it. Fixing what’s broken is support. Building something new is a change to the work, and that gets scoped and agreed in writing — the same way everything else does.
Is this the only way to reach support?
No — message us from your client login, email [email protected], or call. This page is simply the fastest way to give us everything we need in one go and get a ticket number back on the spot.
Broken things don’t fix themselves.
A ticket number on the spot, a person on it, and a fix at the source — not a workaround, and not a queue.
