The one channel you own outright.
Algorithms change. Ad costs climb. Your email list is the audience nobody can take away from you — and most local businesses barely use it. We build the emails, the sequences and the list, in your voice, rendering right in every inbox.
Triggered by the record, written like a person, ended in a booking.
Sent Tuesday. Read Tuesday. Booked Thursday — no algorithm involved.
Your list
An audience you don’t have to rent back.
Every follower lives on someone else’s platform, behind someone else’s algorithm. Your email list is different: it’s your data, in your CRM, reaching people who already said yes. We grow it from every touchpoint — your site, your guest WiFi, your bookings — and treat it like the asset it is.
- Built from real customers and real inquiries — never bought lists
- Permission captured properly at every signup, so sending is welcome, not spam
- Segmented so the right people get the right message — regulars, new customers, the long-quiet
- Yours — the list and the subscribers are your data, exportable any time, and the templates we build run in your account
The moments
The right email, at the moment it matters.
Email isn’t one thing — it’s a handful of moments in a customer’s life with you, each with its own job. We build the full set, so no moment goes silent: the first hello, the confirmation, the stay-in-touch, the season, the “come back.”
- Triggered by what actually happens — an inquiry, a booking, a job done — through the platform
- Sequences that keep going until there’s an answer, then stop — nobody gets chased forever
- Newsletters short enough to read and regular enough to expect
- Seasonal sends planned around your calendar, not carpet-bombed
- The review request after a job well done — the email that quietly builds your reputation
- Win-backs to the long-quiet — the cheapest customers you will ever get are the ones you already had
Built to arrive
An email that renders broken never gets a second chance.
Most marketing emails are built in a drag-and-drop editor and never tested where they’ll actually be read. Ours are engineered for the inbox: hand-built to render correctly in Gmail and Outlook — the two that break everything — and audited before anything ships.
- Hand-coded to survive Gmail and Outlook, where template builders quietly fail — we are a software company, so we build them ourselves
- Your domain authenticated properly — SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up and monitored, so the biggest technical reason good mail gets filtered is off the table
- A real unsubscribe and preference center — CAN-SPAM compliant, no dark patterns
- Every template audited against the clients that break email before it ships
Honest numbers
Open rates flatter. Bookings don’t.
Apple hides opens, dashboards inflate them, and none of it pays you. We report the numbers that mean something: who replied, who clicked through, who booked or redeemed — and which email did it, traced in the same CRM as everything else.
- Replies, clicks, bookings and redemptions over open-rate theater
- Every send traced to the customers it moved — by name, in your CRM
- List health watched honestly — growth, unsubscribes, and why
- What we’d send next, before we send it
Straight answers.
What owners ask about email marketing — whatever line of work they’re in.
Does anyone still read email?
More than any feed — it’s where confirmations, receipts and everything that matters already lives. The difference is that your list reaches people who chose to hear from you, without an algorithm deciding whether they see it.
Isn’t this just spam?
Spam is email nobody asked for. We build the opposite: permission captured at signup, a working unsubscribe honored instantly, and sends timed to moments that matter. Done that way, email is the least intrusive channel you have — it waits politely to be opened.
I already have a list somewhere. Can you use it?
Usually, yes. We’ll import it, clean it, and respect how it was gathered — people who never opted in don’t get blasted. A smaller list that wants to hear from you beats a big one that reports you as spam.
Who writes the emails?
We do, in your voice — and you approve the plan before anything ships. The reminder about a checkup should sound like your front desk, not like a marketing department.
How often will my customers hear from me?
As often as there’s something worth saying, on a cadence we agree up front. Triggered emails fire when the moment happens; newsletters and offers hold a steady rhythm. Nobody on your list gets carpet-bombed.
What does email marketing cost?
A monthly fee, set by how much we build and send — a lifecycle set that runs itself and a weekly newsletter operation are different jobs. You get the real number on the call, in writing, before anything starts. Here’s how pricing works.
What if my domain isn’t set up to send?
We set it up. SPF, DKIM and DMARC are the records that tell Gmail and Outlook your mail is really yours — without them, good email lands in spam and nobody tells you. We configure them, verify them and keep an eye on them; if your domain has a bad sending history, we’ll say so and warm it up properly rather than blast it.
Can you do texts as well as email?
Yes — and the choice matters. Text is for time-sensitive, short things people need now: a confirmation, a reminder, a “we’re on the way.” Email is for everything with substance and a shelf life. Both run from the same platform and land on the same customer record, with consent handled properly on each.
Does this work with my booking system and CRM?
It runs on them. Emails trigger from what actually happens — an inquiry, a booking, a completed job — through the platform, and every result lands back on the customer’s record.
The rest of the machine.
Every part below runs on the same system — the same CRM, the same reporting, the same people who answer the phone. Most businesses start with one and add the next once it has earned its place.
Not sure what order to do them in? See how the parts fit together, or ask on a call.
Your list is sitting there. Let’s put it to work.
Fifteen minutes. We’ll look at what you have — the list, the moments you’re missing, the emails worth sending — and tell you what we’d build first.
