What people ask about SEO — usually after being burned once.
How long until I see results?
Real movement typically shows in three to six months — faster for the map pack if your profile and reviews are in decent shape, slower in brutally competitive markets. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is describing a trick that won’t last or a keyword nobody searches.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No — and nobody honest does, because Google isn’t ours to promise. What we guarantee is the work: the groundwork, the content, the profile, the reporting. That’s what rankings are built from.
SEO or paid ads — which do I need?
They answer different questions. Ads buy you presence today; SEO earns you presence that compounds. Most businesses that win locally run both — and because we do both, nobody here is incentivized to sell you one over the other.
Can you work with my current website?
Usually. The technical audit tells us honestly whether your site is a foundation or an anchor — and if something needs fixing, we fix it ourselves rather than mailing you a PDF of problems.
What’s the map pack, and why does it matter so much?
The three local businesses Google shows on the map before the regular results. For “near me” searches it takes a huge share of the clicks and calls — which is why local SEO starts with your Business Profile, your consistency and your reviews rather than just your website.
What does SEO cost?
A monthly fee, scoped to your market and how much groundwork your site needs first — a clean site in a small town and a slow one in a big city are different jobs. You get the real number on the call, in writing, with the ramp we actually expect. Here’s how pricing works.
Do you manage my Google Business Profile for me?
Yes — categories, services, photos, hours, posts and review replies, kept current as part of the work. It stays your profile, in your name, with your login; we’re added as a manager, not the owner.
Will AI search kill SEO?
It changes what winning looks like, not the work that wins. AI answers are built from sources, and they favor the same things search always did: clear pages, consistent facts, real reviews, credible mentions. A business that’s easy to find and easy to trust shows up in the AI answer for the same reasons it shows up in the map pack. What’s gone is the trick layer — and we never sold that.
Do you buy backlinks?
No. Bought links, link farms and private networks are rented rankings — Google takes them back, often with a penalty. Every link we earn comes from a real relationship or a real reason: local press, associations, suppliers, sponsorships, directories your industry actually uses. Slower, and it stays.
SEO, AEO, GEO — what’s the difference?
SEO earns you a place in search results. AEO — answer engine optimization — earns you the answer itself: the snippet, the People-also-ask box, the voice result. GEO — generative engine optimization — earns you a citation inside an AI-written answer. Same foundation, three places the answer can appear; we work all three, and we don’t sell them as separate mysteries.
Where do reviews fit into this?
Everywhere. Review count, quality and recency feed directly into map-pack visibility — and into whether searchers pick you once they see you. That’s why review generation and SEO are wired together here, not sold as separate mysteries.
