Social Media Management — Show Up Every Week | Zolley

Social

Show up every week, without doing it yourself.

People check your social media before they call you — and a page that went quiet in March answers a question you didn’t want asked. We plan it, make it and post it, in your voice, on a schedule that holds.

Planned monthly, approved by you, posted on time — every week, all year.

A month of showing up, planned and posted while you ran the business.

Why it matters

Your profile is your second homepage.

Before a customer calls, they look. The website says what you do; the social feed says whether you’re alive, busy and worth trusting with their money. A page posted to this week reads like a business in demand. A page that stopped months ago reads like a question mark.

  • Recency is the signal — “posted 3 days ago” does quiet work for you
  • Real photos of real work answer “are they legit?” before it’s asked — whatever you do
  • A consistent look that matches your site — one business, not three fonts
  • Customers cross-check socials against your reviews — both need a pulse

What we post

Made from your real work.

The content that earns trust isn’t stock photography with your logo on it — it’s your jobs, your people, your results. We turn what you already do all day into posts, carousels and Reels, and we make capturing it painless. The same footage does double duty later — on your site and in your ads.

  • A simple shot list — ten seconds of phone video from a job is a week of content
  • Written in your voice — captions that sound like you, not like a brand deck
  • Reviews and wins turned into posts — proof doing double duty
  • Reels and carousels where they earn their place, not because they’re trendy
  • A consistent, active profile also feeds how you show up in search — the mentions and signals point back to the same business

The system

Consistency is the whole trick.

Most business pages die the same death: a burst of posts, then silence when the busy season hits. The fix isn’t inspiration — it’s a system that doesn’t depend on your Tuesday being free. We plan the month, you approve it in minutes, and it posts whether you’re slammed or not.

  • A month planned at a time, mapped to your seasons and promotions
  • You approve the plan in one sitting — minutes, not meetings
  • Posted on schedule across Facebook and Instagram — TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube where your customers actually are
  • Comments and DMs land in the platform inbox, get an automatic first reply in seconds, and reach your team in the same place as your calls, texts and emails

Honest numbers

Followers are a vanity metric. Inquiries aren’t.

A follower count tells you almost nothing about next month’s revenue. We report what actually moves: how many people your posts reached, who saved and shared them, who tapped through to your profile — and which posts turned into DMs, calls and bookings.

  • Reach, saves and profile taps over raw follower counts
  • DMs answered fast — an automatic first reply, then your team, in the same inbox as everything else
  • Which post produced which inquiry — tracked, not guessed
  • A monthly brief in plain English: what ran, what worked, what’s next

Straight answers.

What owners ask about handing over their social media.

Do I have to be on camera?

No — plenty of strong accounts run on work shots, results and customer moments. That said, faces build trust faster than anything else, so when you’re comfortable, we’ll make it painless: ten unpolished seconds from you beats a produced ad every time.

Which platforms do I actually need?

Wherever your customers actually spend time — for most local businesses that’s Facebook and Instagram, with TikTok, LinkedIn or YouTube added when your audience genuinely lives there. We’d rather run two platforms well than all of them badly.

Who writes and posts everything?

We do — in your voice, from your real work, on a schedule you approved. You see the month’s plan before any of it goes out, and nothing posts without your sign-off on the plan.

How often will you post?

A steady cadence we agree on up front — consistency beats volume, every time. Three good posts a week that hold for a year beat daily posts that collapse by June.

Can you make something go viral?

No one can promise that honestly, and we won’t. What we can promise is the thing that actually compounds: showing up every week with real work, so that when someone checks you out — and they will — the answer looks like yes.

What does social management cost?

A monthly fee, set by how many platforms you run and how much we make each month — a steady three-posts-a-week cadence and a full content operation are different jobs. You get the real number on the call, in writing, before anything starts. Here’s how pricing works.

Should I run ads on social too?

They do different jobs. Organic posting is what makes you look real and busy when someone checks you out; paid advertising is how you reach people who aren’t looking yet. Boosting a post isn’t a campaign — if paid is worth it for your business, we’ll say so and run it properly. If it isn’t, we’ll say that too.

Who owns the accounts and the posts?

The accounts are yours — in your name, with your logins; we work inside them as a manager. The content we make for you runs on your profiles, and the photos and video from your jobs are yours to keep using anywhere. Nothing about your presence depends on us holding the keys.

What do you need from me?

Access to your accounts, a few minutes a month to approve the plan, and occasional phone photos or video from jobs — we’ll tell you exactly what to capture with a simple shot list. That’s the whole ask.
