What we text, and how to make it stop.
If you gave us a mobile number on this site, this page tells you exactly what that signed you up for — what we send, how often, what it costs, and how to end it in one word. No legal maze.

The short version.
Three things people actually want to know before handing over a number.
What we actually send.
Every message we send falls into one of these. If you ever get something that does not, we want to know about it.
When you request the free marketing audit, the link arrives by text as well as email — that is why the form asks for a mobile number, and says so where it asks.
If you book a call, we confirm it and remind you before it happens, so a booked call is not a forgotten one.
A real person following up on what you submitted — and yes, you can text back. It reaches the same people.
If you open a support ticket, updates on it can come by text so you are not refreshing an inbox.
Occasional messages about what we do. These are the ones the consent box covers explicitly, and the ones STOP ends immediately.
Between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in your own local time — never in the middle of the night, whatever time you happened to fill in a form. Anything that arrives outside that window is a mistake we want to hear about.
The consent you gave, word for word.
This is the exact text beside the checkbox on every Zolley form that asks for a phone number — unchanged, so you can compare it against what you saw.
Consent is never a condition of any purchase. You will never have to agree to be texted in order to buy something from us, and declining it does not change what we will sell you or what it costs.
What it does do is switch on delivery. Some things we send arrive by text — the free marketing audit link, appointment reminders, replies to your inquiry — so on the forms that offer those, ticking the box is how they reach you. That is why those forms ask for a mobile number and say so at the point they ask — the free marketing audit is the clearest example.
Help, stopping, and starting again.
Three words do almost everything. They work on any message we send, from any of our numbers, at any time.
Reply STOP to any message and we stop texting that number. You get one final message confirming it, and nothing after that.
Reply HELP for assistance — or skip the texting entirely and call (888) 503-3750.
Changed your mind? Reply START and messages resume. It carries exactly the same weight as ticking the consent box on a form — it is your permission, given again.
Nothing from us. Message and data rates may apply from your own carrier, exactly as they would for any text.
The details.
The reference facts — for you, and for the carriers that ask for them.

tick the consent box again — the two are equivalent. Either way it is you giving
permission; we never re-add anyone on our own.HELP, call, or email

Rather just talk?
No form, no texting — pick up the phone and a person answers.
